Privacy notice

RacingSchedule (racingschedule.com) keeps personal data to a minimum. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: hello@racingschedule.com.

Visiting the site

We run our own simple analytics: which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked (for example Register or Add to calendar), the referring website, device type and browser family. We do not use cookies for this and we do not store your IP address. Your browser keeps a random identifier in local storage so we can count unique visitors. We do not use advertising trackers.

Email alerts

If you sign up for alerts we store your email address, the place and radius you chose and your sport and distance preferences. We use them only to send the weekly race email. We confirm your address first, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe we keep a record that you did, so we do not email you again.

Race organizers

When you list a race we store the organizer name and email. The name is shown on the listing; the email is never shown publicly. We use the email only to send your private manage link and messages about your listing.

Payments

Featured listings are paid through Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We keep a record of the payment (amount, date, race and the email Stripe gives us) for accounting. See Stripe's privacy policy.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from alerts at any time, remove your race listing with your manage link, or ask us to delete your data by emailing hello@racingschedule.com.
